1. GENERAL INFORMATION
All puppies are sold in good health at time of sale. Customers must review and agree to all policies before purchase.

2. LEGAL AGE REQUIREMENT (SOUTH CAROLINA)
All puppies must be at least eight (8) weeks of age before being sold or released.

3. PAYMENT & DEPOSITS
Full payment required before pickup or delivery. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

4. HEALTH WARRANTY
Bell Designer Puppies (Bred In-House): Include a One (1) Year Health Guarantee covering verified life-threatening congenital or hereditary conditions only. This extended warranty is offered due to direct genetic oversight and supervised care from birth. The Puppy Gallery Puppies (Third-Party Breeders): Include a Fourteen
(14) Day Health Guarantee only. This limited warranty applies because these puppies are sourced from independent third-party breeders. 48-Hour Veterinary Requirement: Purchaser must obtain a licensed veterinary exam within forty-eight (48) hours of purchase. Failure to do so voids all guarantees. Veterinary fees are the responsibility of the purchaser. The company is not responsible for veterinary expenses incurred by the customer.
Not Covered: Visual defects, coat color, markings, size, bite alignment, breeding ability, fertility, show quality, parasites, hypoglycemia, accidents, neglect, improper care, environmental illness.

5. VISUAL DEFECTS DISCLAIMER
Cosmetic or visual traits including coat color, markings, size, ear position, eye appearance, and bite alignment are not covered.

6. PET-ONLY / NO BREEDING / NO SHOW GUARANTEE

All puppies are sold as companion pets only unless approved in writing. No guarantees are made regarding breeding ability, fertility, or show quality.

7. REPLACEMENT POLICY
Replacements are reviewed individually and are at company discretion. A replacement fee may be required based on documentation and review.

8. NO RESALE / NO TRANSFER
Puppies may not be resold, transferred, leased, traded, or given away without written approval. If unable to keep the puppy, customer must contact the company first. Unauthorized resale voids all guarantees and may result in legal action.

9. APPEALS PROCESS
Appeals must be submitted by email with documentation within five (5) days of receiving a denial letter. Review may take up to one hundred eighty (180) days. All decisions are final.

10. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
Customers must provide proper care, nutrition, housing, and veterinary treatment. Failure to comply voids guarantees.

11. RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
The company reserves the right to refuse service for policy violations or misconduct.

12. POLICY UPDATES
The company reserves the right to update policies at any time.
